Vampires Suck

Vampires Suck is a movie that satirizes the Twilight Saga. It pokes fun at the movie with things like saying that the character Jacob (Taylor Laughtner) has a contract saying he has to have his shirt off for a certain amount of the movie, because is most of the Twilight movies he doesn't on. It also pokes fun at the werewolves making them a pack of chihuahua's instead of wolves. The movie also makes the werewolves act more like dogs even in their human form.  

Animal Farm

Animal Farm by George Orwell is a satirical novel. It satirizes human greed and corruption through animals. A group of pigs take over the farmer's house and become dictators who make rules that only help themselves and change things from the normal animal farm life to animals posing as humans.

Teen Pregnancy

This picture is a satire towards teen pregnancy. Teen pregnancy is on the rise and this picture is poking fun at it. It shows a school crossing sign but instead of people crossing the street is has a pregnant girl and a teen dad pushing his child across the street in a stroller. This is poking fun saying that teen pregnancy is everywhere not just on the rise.

Twinkies

This cartoon is a satircal look on the Mayan calendar and the Hostess company filing for bankruptcy. It shows two people morning over a tumbstone that says Hotess Twinkies RIP and has a refernce to the Mayans being right about the end of the world. This cartoon says that hotess going out of buisness is the end of the world .

Mayan Pranksters

This little cartoon shows 2 Mayan teenagers messing with the Mayan calendar. This is satirical because it is making fun of how the Mayan calendar predicts that the world will end in 2012. This shows to teenagers messing with the calendar changing it so that it predicts the world to end in 2012. This is saying that everyone is believing a silly prediciont that could have just been made up from some teenagers who were bored.
